IT’S OK TO BE NERVOUS, I’VE GOT YOUR BACK!

Lets face it, a Toronto boudoir photo session isn’t something every woman does. I wish everyone had the chance to do it but hey, slowly but surely we’re spreading that message. It’s also completely normal to feel nervous before your session but I promise, you’re in great hands and I’ll make you look and feel incredible by the end of the session. Miss N was no different and you know what? She got over her fears and apprehension after about 10 minutes and listened to my direction and absolutely rocked her boudoir session. Miss N was doing this session for herself. She’s one of the inspirational reasons I came up with my MeSessions because loving yourself and accepting yourself is the greatest gifts I can give my clients. I’m so happy she loved her images and seeing her reaction at the reveal certainly reminded me of why I do what I do when you see someone walk taller, smile bigger and have that knowledge that they are ALL THAT!

I was a little apprehensive about doing a boudoir shoot. Okay, a LOT apprehensive. I really wanted to have something that captured the way I look and feel right now, a gift for myself, and once I found Trevor’s work I knew it was it. I was looking for elegance and beauty, not necessarily sex appeal. The prep was easy and straight-forward, meeting Trevor and going through the details, stalking Pinterest for the ideal poses, lights, make up and style I was looking for, and then the day came.
