HERE’S WHY SHE CAME IN FOR A BOUDOIR SESSION

Here’s a small peek into Miss K’s boudoir session with me in Toronto a short while ago. I love it when clients come in for a session for themselves. Those sessions are always the most memorable. For so many reasons, not only for me but more for my client. I love changing how people see themselves.

The Boudoir experience is a powerful thing. Women are told by society that they shouldn’t be sexy. Shouldn’t be confident. Shouldn’t express themselves this way. That’s why I’m here… To change that and show everyone that it’s OK to be sexy, powerful, fierce, confident and totally badass! I want to share our studio with them and give women a safe space to be someone different from their day to day persona but reveal a part of themselves that has always existed.
Miss K has never been in front of the camera before. Especially not in a boudoir styled shoot but with a little posing guidance, she rocked it like a pro! With her Coy looks and playful smile this series had an elegant charm to it that looked great in her boudoir album.

Miss K was a referral from one of her friends that came in for a session with me earlier. I’m so happy she did this shoot for herself. The best part is, that when she picked up her beautiful hardcover book, she remarked that, “This was such an amazing experience… I’m coming back to do it again on my 40th birthday!”
Looking at this series you’re probably thinking that you could do this too. You could do something for yourself to say, I’m beautiful. I’m worth it. I should be allowed feel sexy and to be sexy…

Yes. You. Should.
