Advanced Boudoir Poses

Sometimes when I’m flipping through images after a boudoir session in my Toronto studio I come across images that even make my jaw drop when I first see them. Sometimes my wonderful clients just flat out amaze me in the ways they can take direction and hold a pose. First off, these poses aren’t easy to rock. I should know… I acted it out almost all of them. But like true boudoir champions, my clients do the pose and I make the photo.
I will say that many of my clients do have a fear about not knowing how to pose for a boudoir series and that’s totally normal. One thing I pride myself on is my ability to work with someone that has NEVER been in front of the camera and make them not just feel comfortable but also show them how to best utilize their body for some amazing images. I’ll give you all the direction you need and help coach the right expression, pose and body language out of you to get a series of amazing images. This takes all the pressure off of you so that the only thing you have to worry about is chilling out in the makeup chair, sipping champagne, being treated like a goddess and then finally during the shoot having an absolute blast.
I can’t tell you how many times at the end of a session I’ve heard, “That was waaaaay easier than I thought it would be.” The thing is, nobody ever believes me when I say that to them before the session. Only afterwards do they tell me that. So If you think you’d like to have your own boudoir session or maybe do it as a gift for that special someone, you’ll want to come experience a session with me.
